Microsoft 365 - Key Considerations:
Security
Using Microsoft Office 365 is pretty simple.
Its intuitive style will allow you to save, share and collaborate on documents across each platform, however, it is important that the tenancy is set up and secure.
There are many ways to do this, Multi-Factor Authentication is one but there are also different settings within O365 that should be set up to ensure it is configured in a secure first manner.
Migration
Migrating to Microsoft Office 365 couldn’t be easier, this can combine moving both email & documents into Exchange Online, SharePoint, or One Drive, or simply migrating existing email into Microsoft Office 365.
The process is simple, the client gives us access to your existing email provider, we create you a new Microsoft Office 365 tenancy, we simply sync the mailboxes together and you access your new messages, there is abit more to it than that, but we don’t want to bore you with technicalities.
If you already have Office 365 and are simply transfering your tenancy to the management of ITVerse things couldn’t be easier, we simply send you a link, you click on this agree to our billing and heypresto we have access to your portal & can manage things on your behalf.
Backup
Although Microsoft Office 365 does provide us a Cloud based system whereby Data is stored in a datacentre and synced locally to the PC, this doesn’t mean it has the ability to restore should data go missing.
It is imperative that a backup of your data is completed at least once per day.
Backup of this Microsoft instance provides backup of One Drive (Personal Storage), SharePoint Document Libraries, Teams Chats & Data & Email Backup.
